Bryant S. Martin
Partner
Bryant Martin is a Montana native and was raised in Miles City. Bryant graduated from CCDHS in Miles City and served onboard a nuclear submarine in the United States Navy prior to attending Montana State University where he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. After undergrad, Bryant attended Gonzaga University School of Law where he was an associate editor for the Gonzaga Law Review and the Executive Editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law.
Bryant practices in the areas of civil litigation, contracts, real estate, estate planning, corporations, and administrative law.
Daniel Z. Rice
Partner
Dan Rice was raised in Miles City, and graduated from CCDHS in Miles City, attended Capital University in Columbus Ohio, and served in the United States Army and the Montana Army National Guard. After his military service, Mr. Rice attended the University of Montana where he completed his Bachelors degree in Criminology, and the University of Montana School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.
Dan practices in the areas of contracts, corporations and LLCs, real estate, estate planning and probate, adoptions, and general practice. Dan is the County Attorney for Prairie County, and the City Attorney for Miles City.
Adam Forsland
Associate
Adam graduated from Montana State University, and the University of Montana School of Law. Before starting his career in law, Adam was a Cinematographer and Photographer. Outside of law he is a private pilot who enjoys flying, fishing, home brewing and listening to the bands he once photographed.
In law, he will work hard to provide you with contracts, business formation, property issues, estate planning, and family law matters. Adam is also Garfield County Attorney.
